• Chafers include a 2¹/₂"D Vollrath Super Pan II®, a 4⁵/₈" dripless water pan, a frame, a dome cover, and two fuel holders- will hold up to a 4"D food pans

• Marmite offers a flat notched cover for serving utensil to remain in vessel for maximum sanitation

• Fuel Heated models accept Easy Heat® canned fuel

• Electric Chafer has thermostatic heat control and 6'L grounded cord with shortside receptacle, yet also compatible with canned heat source
