Catches meat drippings and hides trimmings to keep carving areas looking neat.

• Cut-Mate is ¹/₄"thick high-heat wood fiber board, full plastic drip tray, and solid wood frame.

• Disassembles for easy hand washing and storage.
• Board accepts up to 325°F and tray accepts up to 180°F.

• Offers 22L x 18W cutting area.

• 26L x 22W x 4H.

• Create a heated carving station by using an optional Single Bulb Heat Lamp.

• There are holes in the round base of the heat lamps for screwing to a table, counter, or cutting board.

• Flexible 24"H arm is coated in vinyl for added sanitation.

• Ships with 250W red food warming bulb. 120V.
